The Junior League of Omaha’s Mentorship Program was created for the purpose of engaging and retaining current members in the League. The Mentorship Program reaches out to members to participate with the hopes of:

• Engage/involve members in their first and second Active years through the use of mentors who can share their experiences and offer guidance

• Keep more members active and interested in their League membership by helping them engage in League social events and volunteer opportunities

Mentorship Program details:

• The JLO Mentorship Program is for first and second year Active Members (mentees) who are paired with a mentor who is a minimum three year Active Member based on common interests.

• Matches are made in the fall and introduced at the Mentorship Program’s Fall Kick Off Event where they undergo a brief training to discuss the program expectations
